These Terms & Conditions govern participation in Beauty Bid auctions operated by PamperPro (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing a bid in any Beauty Bid auction, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

1. Nature of Beauty Bid

Beauty Bid is a time-limited auction system that allows participants to bid on specific salon services at a specified date and time.

Each auction relates only to the exact service, practitioner (if specified), date, and time listed in the auction description.

2. Eligibility

By participating, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts

  • All information provided during checkout is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to refuse participation at our discretion.

3. Binding Bids

All bids placed are final and legally binding.

By placing a bid, you agree that:

  • You are committing to purchase the service at the bid amount if you are the highest bidder when the auction closes

  • You have the financial ability to complete payment within the required timeframe

Bids cannot be withdrawn once submitted.

4. Winning & Payment Terms

The highest bid recorded at the official auction closing time will be deemed the winning bid.

The winning bidder:

  • Will receive notification via email

  • Must complete full payment within 1 hour of auction closing

If full payment is not successfully received within 1 hour:

  • The winning bid will be automatically forfeited

  • The appointment will be offered to the next highest bidder at their final bid amount

  • The original winning bidder may be restricted or permanently banned from future Beauty Bid participation

We are not responsible for missed notifications, spam filtering, or technical issues on the participant’s end.

5. No Cancellations, Rescheduling, or Changes

All Beauty Bid appointments are strictly fixed and non-transferable.

Once won and paid:

  • No cancellations are permitted

  • No rescheduling is permitted

  • No service substitutions or upgrades are permitted

  • No transferring to another person is permitted

The appointment must be attended at the exact date and time listed in the auction.

This policy applies regardless of personal circumstances, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.

6. Failure to Attend

Failure to attend a confirmed Beauty Bid appointment will result in forfeiture of the booking.

No refunds, credits, exchanges, or rescheduling will be offered under any circumstances.

7. Service Scope

The Beauty Bid auction covers only the service explicitly described in the listing.

It does not include:

  • Add-ons

  • Upgrades

  • Product purchases

  • Additional time

  • Alternative treatments

Unless expressly stated in the auction description.

8. Right to Modify or Cancel Auctions

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel, suspend, or modify an auction at any time

  • Remove bids suspected of fraud or manipulation

  • Disqualify participants who breach these terms

  • Refuse future participation to any individual

In the event we cancel an auction prior to payment, no liability will arise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for technical issues affecting bidding

  • We are not liable for email delivery failures

  • We are not responsible for personal scheduling errors

Participation in Beauty Bid is at your own discretion and risk.

10. General Salon Policies

All standard salon policies, health requirements, and contraindication rules apply to Beauty Bid appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if a client is medically unsuitable for the service. In such cases, standard salon policy will apply at our discretion.
