What is Beauty Bid?
Beauty Bid lets you bid on last-minute salon appointments that have become available due to cancellations or unused time. You choose a service, place a bid, and if you win, you enjoy a premium treatment at a price you set.
Do I need a membership to use Beauty Bid?
No. You don’t need a membership to place a bid, but you do need to create an account and log in.
Members receive priority access, higher win rates, and additional concierge benefits.
What happens if I win a bid?
The highest bid recorded at the official auction closing time will be deemed the winning bid.
The winning bidder:
- Will receive notification via email
- Must complete full payment within 1 hour of auction closing
If full payment is not successfully received within 1 hour:
- The winning bid will be automatically forfeited
- The appointment will be offered to the next highest bidder at their final bid amount
- The original winning bidder may be restricted or permanently banned from future Beauty Bid participation
We are not responsible for missed notifications, spam filtering, or technical issues on the participant’s end.
What if I win but don’t complete payment in time?
If payment isn’t completed within the confirmation window, the appointment is offered to the next highest bidder.
Can I cancel or reschedule a Beauty Bid appointment?
All Beauty Bid appointments are strictly fixed and non-transferable.
Once won and paid:
- No cancellations are permitted
- No rescheduling is permitted
- No service substitutions or upgrades are permitted
- No transferring to another person is permitted
The appointment must be attended at the exact date and time listed in the auction.
This policy applies regardless of personal circumstances, change of mind, or scheduling conflicts.
Can I change my treatment after winning?
No. You’ll select your service from the available list when placing your bid, and it can’t be changed after the auction ends. This keeps the process fair and ensures your appointment can be confirmed smoothly.
